Building community one event at a time.
Fourth Annual Latino Veterans Legacy of Valor Foundation Benefit
Friday, April 13, 20185:30 pm - 8:30 pm *

We invite you to join us in honoring our Latino service members, past, present and future, at an event featuring those brave individuals who have served and have shaped our shared community.

We will recognize the Fourth Annual 1st Lt. Daren M. Hidalgo Latino Veteran of the Year on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. This date is significant because it marks the day in 2014 when the 65th Infantry Regiment, the Borinqueneers of Puerto Rico, received their long-awaited, well-merited Congressional Gold Medal. Their story, like that of many local military heroes, is one of great heroism and sacrifice in the face of adverse circumstances. These are the stories we hope to bring to light with our efforts.

We are thrilled to announce that in 2017, we became a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a new name: Latino Veterans’ Legacy of Valor Foundation, Inc. This new designation will allow us to further our cause in honoring our community heroes.
